When you first start out, you'll get handed an outdated training manual. After the first couple of days to week(s) you'll get enrolled in a confusing, unorganized computer training which has a lot of mistakes and misinformation. The career path here is almost nonexistent, and management will NOT care about your training, advancement, or morale.

No other company is even comparable to IBM in terms of work and personal life balance. It's really good and work culture is great. Leave policy, Medical Health Insurance, work environment, work from home, etc are very good facilities to employees.

Gives a great learning experience. Pay is not the best, but it is entry level and you gain access to a lot of educational tools, so it balances out eventually based on your goals.
