The company culture here is very good on paper but in practice they are lacking in all areas. It is all smoke and mirrors until you start getting comfortable and see what things are really like. Never been with a company that had so many secrets that kept everyone guessing about thier future at all times.

Tradesmen talk to each other about the companies we have worked for. Hy-Mark is not on anyone's list of places that they want to apply to, because of the poor experiences everyone has had.

We require a drivers abstract from Service Ontario. Employee is responsible for obtaining this abstract upon hiring.

They call you for an interview, you meet the Office Manager and someone from Human Resource. Then if that goes well, you get called back for a second interview. They ask lots of questions that you have to give examples to.
