never under any circumstance be a superintendent at this property! One super per building, and, after you're hired, the one from the other building will be soon gone, and you'll be alone for two 23 floor apartment buildings, yes, it will happen because the supers at this complex never last long.
There is only ONE super per highrise. on your weekends and nights on duty, it's just YOU (alone) for two 23 floor buildings. good luck
work load is high and you will be expected to do everything, and be on duty at night,
supers here don't do cleaning (they have staff for that) but you get worked hard in exchange for the lowest pay in the industry.
no paid phone, no internet or cable. it's all on you.
Usually the supers that come through here are guys who are down and out or desperate for a place to stay.
there are cameras on every floor, and they will be watching you. you are to be out of your unit the whole day, except for lunch.
ideally, each building should have a super and an assistant super.
whoever interviews you will make promises so you'll start, but it's all lies.
this place in poorly and unprofessionally managed in every way imaginable.
it's ok to be a live-out maintenance guy here, but don't be the super!
