Respectful work environment
Some days are not as busy compared to others, but on average the job is very relaxed. Management is great as well all the work/life balance. The hardest part of the job would be processing sales for customers during times of heavy traffic.

Communication?
I think there is lack of communication. Stuff would change almost everyday at work and I would get in trouble because of a certain change that no one told me/warned me about?

Worked 8 years with the company
Always there is lots to do, and they like people that can be trained in different areas.the pay starts from the minimum wage and increases very little every year.there is a lot of instability and uncertainty about what it will happen to the stores. they let go a lot of the full-time employees before the pandemic.

Productive and fun workplace
The environment to work in is good. The people working there are very nice and welcoming. The workload is relatively less especially on weekdays, while it does get busy on weekends.
