Productive and relaxed work environment
Insurance Broker/Billing Specialist (Current Employee) - Windsor, ON - 12 May 2021
The company has a good family culture.A very loving culture , great benefits, willing to accommodate your schedule. But Salary too small for a billing specialist as we so more than just taking payments. The Billinh department is not really regarded as much. So if you want to work there, I suggest you apply to be a licensed broker. They pay for your licensing exam

They’re always hiring which is great when starting a career in insurance but they do not pay enough to keep you there. After getting some experience, I was able to get a much paying job elsewhere.

Easy to get a job with them.
Cons
Poor pay for very stressful work.

I enjoyed working at HUB. I would go back if I were to go back to the Insurance Industry but I have retired from that career now. My Management was great, lots of ongoing education and training opportunities available. Also lots of room for growth. If they see management potential in you they will offer opportunities to pursue that.
