What was the most challenging part of your role at HUB International?

  • The workload is unbalanced. There are books of business/client files that are divided amongst the associates, and these are considered "your clients" and you help them year after year. There are associates who have been there for years who have very well maintained books, and then there are the books that have been passed around each year due to employee turnover. It seems to be a repetitive cycle that the associates responsible for those specific mismanaged books experience the most burnout and quit most frequently.
