You may have heard of one or all three of our companies: Hospitality Designs, Icon Furniture and Pacific Millworks Products. While each have their own specialty, we are one team.  – more... in 1993, Hospitality Designs has been working with clients from across the globe in providing design services for the hotel industry. We pride ourselves on excellence in manufacturing the highest quality hotel furniture – from the carpets on the floor to the chandeliers in the ceiling – we literally do it all! We boast an impressive team of award-winning designers and engineers that can create custom pieces for our elite clients around the world, including the Hilton, Sheraton, and Marriot hotel groups. We believe in innovation and excellence, and we help our clients with providing outstanding experiences for their customers.

Since 2014, Icon Furniture offers case good collections tailored to hotel franchise specifications for the resellers market. Our furniture is naturally beautiful and is enhanced with high pressure laminate and solid wood edges.


Founded in 2016, Pacific Milleworks Products (PMP) is a single source panel supplier serving the Pacific Northwest. Our panel inventory includes Plywood, Particle Board, MDF and Solids long with a mix of hardware components. Our state-of-the-art automated TFL press offers diverse capabilities to fabricate quality and innovative Thermally Fused Laminate/Melamine panels and products.

Decent coworkers but terrible managers

After working here for less than a year I come to learn that North American companies care less about their employees than in Europe. When your employees are happy you get a better outcome.

The bosses/managers here have no clue about that. They do the opposite in fact.
