Depending on the division, it can be a great company

Grateful to have a job, however, never know when the next lay off will occur.
Poor communications within the division, updates are not communicated.
People are nice, few people in the office.

Good products to sell high pay but not customer focused

Honeywell is recognized and opens up doors when cold calling. the product is innovative and superior to others in the market. however, the lack of internal support makes it extremely difficult to service customers. for example the wait times and service received when calling customer service.
