What would you suggest Honda management do to prevent others from leaving?

Hire people with the education instead of promoting friends. Yearly management training would also be beneficial. All management should have their qualifications framed and hung in their offices.

They could pretend that Honda Canada does make software and do Information Technology instead of telling them that they dont. They could resolve their problems in house instead of calling their employees name and saying they stormed off and quit.

Act more ethically and professional. Do not use derogatory comments or put down people.

They should provide the worker easy way out to come at the company like some of the places are very far from the company so they should provide some shuttle.

I don't believe management wants to prevent people from retiring. I feel they encourage it. This allows them to recruit younger employees at a lower rate of pay.
