Through workplace gossip. Whenever there was an issue, management never took an active roll in delivering criticism or even warnings to staff. Instead they would participate in gossip at lunch time. I would know I did something wrong by an entire lunch room glaring at me and refusing to speak with me. Very childish behavior.
Management is supportive and we have the supplies to do our jobs safely. Management has high expectations, promotes teamwork and high quality services for our residents. Residents are priority 1.
