Poor management and abusive staff.

Through workplace gossip. Whenever there was an issue, management never took an active roll in delivering criticism or even warnings to staff. Instead they would participate in gossip at lunch time. I would know I did something wrong by an entire lunch room glaring at me and refusing to speak with me. Very childish behavior.

Train the staff properly so when other people come to train it's not such a horrible experience I was trained by 3 people who just got off their 2 days of training and they had no idea what they were foing therefore neither did I. And have more activites for residents and allow more people to talk with them even if they are working sometimes they really need someone to listen in such a depressing place.
