I have finally found a place to work that treats you like an individual and not a number. The management is fantastic and is very accommodating. Coworkers are all welcoming and fun to work with. Great opportunities to advance and refine your skills too. All around a wonderful place to work.
Bad experience as a kitchen manager. You are just a cook that places orders. You are micromanaged and not supported by fellow staff. Red sealed cooks don't bother with this place. What home restaurant does is a winning formula that can't be changed.
