What would you suggest Home Hardware management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Overall, the management should step up on their role and think about ways to make our job fun and enjoyable regardless how stressful our job is. Think about how each employee will become competitive in their daily task. Some are working hard and others are just working below sub par and yet management are not doing anything about it. They should start giving productivity bonus to encourage everyone to work their best and be more productive.

  • No reason to leave

  • Maybe give a little bit more pay to hard workers

  • Change the management entirely.

  • I just left because I found better pay
