If you somehow manage to actually get a full time position they supply red shirts. You won't need one until you are a permanent employee.
Shirt does not need to be tucked in.

Tights are allowed.
You can leave it out, it was pretty casual when I worked there and it more depends on which section you're working in. I wore jeans probably most every day (didn't matter the colour) and I definitely wore leggings a couple times. Nobody ever talked to me about my attire.
