Don’t apply for the graphics position.
Former employee (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON2 April 2019
You’ll regret it. The last guy barely lasted 2 years. They want you to manage everything but won’t even give you a manager title. You’re only a specialist. You manage, estimate, trouble shoot, check quality, produce, install, explain and take blame and you’re by yourself without help. If you’re not concerned at over the toll the stress of working here will take over your mental and physical well being then by all means go for the position! If you actually care about your mental and physical well being then avoid this place at all costs.

Poorly Managed
Senior Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON23 January 2019
Poorly managed - The company is not investing in it's own future - Management has no idea about how to run or build a business - Just a money grab
- No job security (revolving door) - Very poor moral

Hostile Work Environment
Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON30 October 2018
Holman exhibits is a nice small company that always does a good job satisfying their customers but they don't treat their workers with respect. There is always immature drama in the office which effects all the employees. This company is very unorganized and procrastinate to the very end to complete a rushed job, furthermore if there are any imperfections in the work, the company would blame the labourers for it. These workers would be up all day and night completing a nearly impossible task given by the boss and then would get in a lot of trouble for a tiny mistake on a project that was suppose to be built two weeks ago not a couple before the show. In conclusion if you like to be treated with no respect for all your hard work and you like to gossip about drama then Holman Exhibits is the right place for you.

Storage facility masquerading as design firm
Designer (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON16 January 2018
Unfortunately the company is managed and run by the sales staff, not by the original owner. So I was designing for the sales staff, who never let me meet with the actual clients, which is just wrong. They then presented the designs to the clients, wearing their "designer" hat! These sales people were middlemen, in other words. The hardest part of the job was dealing with people who were not the real stake-holders interested in the quality of the design. The most enjoyable part of the job was when there was an opportunity to do some interesting design, which was infrequent.
Pros
Interesting connection to Expoplex - a plastcs manufacturing
Cons
Lousy attitude toward design

CNC Programmer (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON11 August 2017
They will hire you when they have huge work to complete. Once the work pressure goes down, they will lay off you instantly without any notice. This is the worst company to join.
Pros
competitive salary
Cons
Long hours, negative attitude towards employees
