Upper management does not know how to run the business. CEO asks staff to prepare estimates and then cuts the hours of your estimate in order to get the job. Then blames her employees when we go over the hours alloted to complete the work. Production meeting every week is a joke, basically a place for upper management to flex her power and make each meeting miserable (nobody likes it) please read up on what a production meeting actually is. Don't be fooled by the interview, makes themselves seem like a good company but an actual joke (never been in a company that does not have a project close out phase). Don't know exact details but based off information coming from suppliers this company may not be in the best financial position. Seems to make sense based on the amount of turn over while I was there.
Not a very good place to grow or be creative.
