Not awful but cliquey staff and immature management

Working at Hinduja Global Solutions was not awful, but at the same time it felt more like a high school. The work was as expected being customer service, but with it being a very diverse staff there were a lot of cliques. The management was not too bad, but the only way I noticed any promotions to management was by knowing other management and not based off skills.
