I really enjoyed the work atmosphere here. Everyone was so nice and kind and felt like a 2nd family. Especially because all my family is back home in Ontario.
nice environment and people. Good management team. the kitchen team is a small team and every one work hard to achieved the customer care and expectation
Not a proper training path, Senior colleagues feel irritated while asking questions, Huge Ego issue with the management, Never reimbursed for the cab ride i paid.
Avoid at all cost, poorly managed property, short staffed. No dental. No vision. Employer hires mostly part timers in order to avoid paying benefits. No support from management in doing your job. No staff appreciation. Does not follow Hilton standards. Unhygienic kitchen, loading dock and restaurant.
Highers expectations and most of the time you work alone. If you need tips this is not the best place. Hotel is old and barely get lots of guest. Poor management as well.
