Pay them better. Trust them. Not just say you trust them but actually trust them. Treat employees equally and fairly. Follow through on negative feedback you get about not just the company but your executive team (including the CEO) and make an honest attempt to fix things. Address problems and “own it” when things aren’t working from well. Ask employees what you can do to help them feel more empowered and less stressed. Don’t just say keep on keeping on when this many people are leaving. What an irresponsible approach and one that will not help the situation.
