Fairly.. Feedback reception depends on how you personally want to see your career grow. Feedback is apart of growth! In understanding that, if you take the feedback and have a respectful relationship you will surely benefit from it.
In passive aggressive emails.
Feedback? Well it depends on what you're referring to and who you're giving feedback to. If youre attempting to give feedback to anyone higher on the payscale than you, save your breath.
Feedback comes in many different forms - basic, tactile feedback is given daily, as needed. Employees also have 1:1 coaching with their leaders weekly or bi-weekly, Empowerment Planning (Ie., Mid-Year Reviews, Goal-Setting etc), Town Hall Huddles, Strategy Meetings (Quarterly) and daily team huddles where updates, stucks, kudos, etc are given out. Though there can still be some physical barriers to communication, there is way better transparent communication here than other company I've worked with.
Scale of 1-10, 10 being excellent, feedback from management is a 2.
