Collaborative work environment with industry leading compensation

I began working at this company in July 2021 and have been blown away with my overall experience. During my training and time here I have never had to look far for support on any questions or issues that have arisen. The organization truly is a team oriented environment with a hands on and approachable leadership team.New ideas and approaches to problems are always welcomed with open minds and never frowned upon. This company sees value in building workplace culture and truly does invest in their employees (education, compensation, coaching).

Fast growing company with positive values. Room to grow, leadership training, bonus and investment matching. All around a good company to work for in the Okanagan. Expectation is you are good at what you do, you can't fake.
