Working at Highstreet has given me an opportunity that I would not have had in many other places. The friendly family like environment is really supportive and we can reach out to anyone at any point with questions. Not only is there no such thing as a stupid question but they are encouraged! How often in a company can you reach out to your VP and straight up have a face-to-face conversation?I came to Highstreet not knowing what to expect but now I know that I not only have a job but a career. The Managers allow for growth by letting you make mistakes and help coach you into to correct way to do it.Even though growth and advancement can take years to accomplish Highstreet definitely makes it worth it by supporting you and wanting you to succeed.Not only do they want you to succeed, but they want to take care of you with investment opportunities, and competitive salaries.

Elitist and non-inclusive. No training provided but expect you to do things their way.

No support from management. No training even though they promise training. Little organization despite meeting after meeting, after meeting. Inefficient and disorganized. Management is dismissive of concerns and suggestions. They are a company that will use you fircwhen they can get, then kick you to the curb. No worth working for.

Highstreet doesn't skip a beat when it comes to fair compensation, values, integrity and doing what's right, no matter the cost. I am astounded by the generosity and the tangible ways they want their employees to succeed (like internal promotion). Such a rewarding and exciting culture! I love it!

I began working at this company in July 2021 and have been blown away with my overall experience. During my training and time here I have never had to look far for support on any questions or issues that have arisen. The organization truly is a team oriented environment with a hands on and approachable leadership team.New ideas and approaches to problems are always welcomed with open minds and never frowned upon. This company sees value in building workplace culture and truly does invest in their employees (education, compensation, coaching).

Being an employee here is an incredibly different experience than any other organization I have worked with. I highly value mentorship, humor and kindness. This place has those as a foundation. They build relationships with their community members and colleagues. I feel like if I could write them a tag line it would be: 'Give your best. Live your best'. I look forward to growing with this company!

Company that follows through on their values

Working at Highstreet has given me the opportunity to work with some of the most honest and inquisitive people I've met in my career. From my personal conversations with co-workers from across multiple departments, it's not uncommon to hear that Highstreet is the best company they have ever worked for.Team members are always willing to lend a hand, and leadership is actually willing to listen and give space for mistakes during the learning process. Highstreet clearly states their values and follows through with them. It's an organization willing to invest in you, with a group of like-minded individuals who are always ready to support each other and grow together.Highstreet goes above and beyond to take care of their employees, and I'm very proud and grateful for my experiences and interactions with the company.

Great Company to Grow With

Fast moving and growing company that allows you to do the same. You will have an influence in how the company grows and flows. At times that can mean a bit of lack of structure which is what some people seek while it can be stressful for others. Big emphasis on shared values and company culture which means there are a bunch of all-stars on this team.

hard work goes unrecognized, promises not fulfilled, if you work here you are just a pawn on their chess board. would not recommend to anyone, company throws out crazy requests like moving cities at your own expense every project with little notice

Management at Highstreet goes above and beyond to welcome new Highstreeters into the company. People who work for the company are overly friendly which helps foster instant connections and teamwork. New ideas are listened to and feedback is encouraged. Most importantly the investment program is incredible. Highstreet has a great office culture. Even though there are 4 departments, everyone works collaboratively and is always willing to lend a hand. I was worried about moving back into an office space after being on a site for several years. However, the office space is open, bright and very comfortable for a workday. You have the opportunity to provide input on projects, and they actually listen and take your opinion. There is no tunnel vision here. Always willing to try new things. Having a core value of "Doing what is right, always" sends a clear message through the company of where the priorities are. The investment matching and bonus structure is also a great benefit to have with a company like Highstreet that is only continuing to do better and continuing to grow.

Company doesn't practice what they preach

Thrown into position with no training or direction. Working extra hours goes unnoticed. Expected to "drink the kool-aid." In the end, it's a business and Highstreet will look out for themselves and will terminate employees left, right and center to get to where they need to be.
