    Great question! The culture at Highline is family oriented. We all work hard and take pride that our efforts feed our communities. The work environment varies in each department.

  • I feel that if all these people have submitted complaints something needs to change!
    Obviously the company will not do anything no one complains only behind their backs...not saying it's a bad thing...but get some balls and tell the management team.

    Create a better environment for everyone is about health and safety.

    If they dont change anything speak to Workers Compensation Board.

    They will take care of it

    File a complaint.

  • Horrible.long hours, dirty environment, abusive supervises and old people who worked there long time who thinks the company belongs to them. They don't welcome you as new worker. So many racist. Dirty lunch room. And microwaves are like 4. 30 minutes break 50 people to use 4 microwaves. You eat your food cold. Small lunch room. Washrooms are dirty like the farm.

  • Horrible place to work. Long hours, you know the time you start you don't know the time you finish. The HR people don't even talk to them they think the company it's owned by them. They are racist. If you work there you can't have anytime with your family. Long hours, standing one spot. There launch room will make you vomit. Very dirty place smelling like dead fish. I used to work in packing 10 pound they want you to do like machine. They don't appreciate what you do. Please please don't. Work there. They clean very well the only time they are waiting health canada to visit. I wish health Canada to give them visit surprise. That's when they can know what they give to people.

  • The work is they grow mushroom and they pick it and they pack it and sell it and so many people are want to work here like me because is a good opportunity for the people's like me and they probably do that for so many years and growing mushroom and the industry is getting bigger .
