Interview questions are matched to the job being recruited for. We like to learn about your past experiences as we believe past behaviours are often a good predictor of future behaviours. Sometimes questions are asked about what you would do in a particular situation. The recruiting process always involves past employment references, a pre-employment medical and depending on the position, other qualification checks.

For the first time i tried, I couldn't hear your questions through my ear phone, the problem would be from an internet connection or from your sight where the question came. I just randomly chosen without hearing in order to jeep your timing. I may ask an apology for doing that and I don't want to blame you. Anyway, is there another alternates to get your questions?
