Highline has wonderful earning opportunities for all positions. An average weekly paycheck depends entirely on how many hours are worked and the current rate of pay, or if a Harvester by how many pounds of mushrooms you harvested in the pay period.

Some Associates earn minimum wage and many others a much higher rate. Some highly skilled Harvesters earn up to $30 per hour!

In addition to earnings, Highline provides a daily travel allowance for arriving to work on time, and many other great group benefits and pension plan coverages.

Work hours were not fixed like regular shift work in any other business. An employee could work anywhere between 5 to 14 hours at the extremes. Most shifts were usually around 9 to 10 hours long, but the start and end times of these shifts were never consistent. One may never know when their shift starts until the night before.
