Highline Mushrooms is a family company, founded in 1961 by Dr. Murray O’Neil. We have four growing facilities (two in Leamington, Ontario, one in Kingsville, Ontario, and one in Wellington, Ontario) and a distribution centre based in Montreal, Quebec. From humble beginnings, we have grown to become the largest independently owned and operated mushroom – more...growers in Canada. We can attribute this to a number of factors; however, there are three fundamental principles that have guided us throughout the years:
Focus on Excellence – “First we will be best, then we will be first.” – Dr. Murray O’Neil
Associate Care – we are a family business and every Associate is a member of our family
Customer Service – our customers deserve the very best from us
With a passion for quality and innovation, Highline has driven to the forefront of many great technological advances in the North American mushroom industry. Our highly developed cropping techniques have enabled us to grow all white, mini bella and portabella mushrooms without the use of any pesticides or fungicides regularly required in the cultivation of mushrooms.
Change is key to our sustained growth and success and we recognize that it comes in many forms; sometimes this means finding new machines, sometimes it means working out how to do things better and sometimes it means adding new products and different packaging. From changes in our work processes to the adoption of state-of-the-art growing technology, the ultimate goal is to be Always Growing.
Excellence Care Respect Effort Integrity Openness Fairness
These are the fundamental values that our company is built on and they apply to everyone we come into contact with. As we continue to grow in the coming years, we are confident that these same family values are the foundation that will carry us forward.

Good to work with different people but after one time it will get hactic and out of control at wor. Management is good but keep forcing workers to do fast even tho they have less orders to do on a faily basis.
