One big clicky environment. Pay is way lower than industry standard

Very micro managed. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Very high school feel. Clicky. No leadership or training. Very under paid. I highly recommend avoiding this workplace.

Positive work culture for newbies

I'm new to driving and logistics. Just got my driver's license and hit the road. And I'm really glad to HMG for their support. They have a nice benefits, timely payments and new trucks.

Top-notch logistics company for drivers

It would seem what's that difficult in the work of the driver? Just driving here and there. But we all know that it harder than it seems. I'm driving for 15 years, and all matters. Thanks HMG for a great equipment, finally trucks I'm not afraid to drive. Heavy workload, long-hauls and competitive rates.

Perfect place to farm experience

HMG takes great care in maintaining their trucks, ensuring that you have reliable and safe equipment to work with. It is kind of truck you'd love to drive for a long time. No slipper seats, clean, fast. Perfect! The salary is fair too. The more you work - the more you get.

Very bad company no one should never work here in future. Staff management doesn’t care about driver tgeir problems and never get paid properly for the trip they never pay wait time, extra pickup and delivery and also not paying accurate miles

My friend recommended me to work here, because of the long haul. You don't get a lot of home time but that's how the job is done. Anyway, you can create your own schedule and your manager, as well as dispatches will be supportive and helpful. Trucks are all in good condition. It is a pleasure to drive them!

Payment is always on time, you can set its frequency, so it suit your schedule. Shifts are also flexible. Dispatch and management teams are very helpful and supporting. Overall, excellent experience!

Steady pace of work

I like that at HMG everyone help each other. The job can be really stressful at times, the last thing you want to hear talking to dispatch is angry or sad tone of voice and these guys did their best to make my loads comfortable.

Helped me when I needed it the most

I found HMG in the worst time of my life and this job actually helped me a lot. I travelled a lot if I can call it so and gained money for it. The job isn't as easy, as you think, yet the payment is fair and I was able to fastly cover my debts and even make it in + in the shortest time possible.
