Written by Coordinator (Former Employee) from Concord on 2 June 2019
Unrealistic management expectations of working after hours with no pay, lack of life and work balance, constant nit picking from the management, empty pay raise promises, practical lack of lunch and 15-minute breaks stipulated in the employment contracts make the company a miserable work environment. ProsNone
ConsLong unpaid hours, unpaid after hours, unpaid weekends, favoritism, nepotism, etc.
