Its not too bad honestly.
Vehicle Service Attendant (Former Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 7 August 2022
The workers there are really good. Management is not. The job can be very overwhelming to say the least. You do get a lot of freedom there tho. It sucks in the winter time.

Pretty much easy going except in busy seasons
CSR (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 5 July 2022
For the most part its an easy job once you learn it. I left because i got bored after 5 years. Was expected to hit a certain amount of sales each month and if you miss the managers bother you. Also the company overbooks leaving you in a bad spot when you have to face customers without enough fleet.
Pros
Easy job
Cons
Boring, low pay

It was short
Vehicle Service Attendant (Former Employee) - Montréal, QC - 27 June 2022
It was alright but I was there only for a few weeks then everyone got laid off due to covid. At the time the pay was garbage (just like 0.05 extra above minimum wage), but least there was consistency in the job.

Met some good people and made a few friends but company is very cheap and extremely disorganized. Very unpredictable when it comes to work.

Met some good people and made a few friends but company is very cheap and extremely disorganized. Very unpredictable when it comes to work. Might work for a few months and might sit for a few months. They will hire new employees constantly even if your siitng waiting for work

Stressful
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Montréal, QC - 13 April 2022
Very low salary. Upper Management employees do not take their jobs seriously. A very high turnover rate which is understanble given the fact that they have to work early mornings and long hours.

Had a positive work experience with both coworkers and customers.
Vehicle Agent-YVR & Downtown Rental Outlet COVID-19 Layoff (Former Employee) - Richmond, BC - 15 March 2022
Very supportive group to work with at both locations; especially the supervisors. I would rejoin the company when the travel industry rebounds after the COVID-19 pandemic is over.

Fun place to work in
Team Leader (Current Employee) - Calgary, AB - 28 February 2022
I would recommend to for for this company. It’s easy going and stress free job. You just have to show up on time and do you tasks. Also, there’s flexibility with hours and working days. There’s a lot of overtime if you are interested in extra cash.

Be aware
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Markham, ON - 4 October 2021
You will be reprimanded for speaking up and advocating for yourself. Be careful! They claim there is a very accepting workplace culture, which is far from the truth. If you're honest, transparent or assertive, this is NOT the place for you.
Pros
Easy interview, good benefits, good pay (depending on position), free car
Cons
Long hours, Toxic culture, cannot be yourself, unfair treatment

Dead end
Branch Manager (Former Employee) - Vancouver, BC - 22 October 2020
It's just not what it used to be. 3 different CEO's in 3 years, bonus structure diminishes by the minute. Salaries are low and culture is terrible. Go work for Enterprise.
Pros
Not sure, hard to tell.
Cons
Culture, hours, pay, management
