As a former head chef there , i found they had no kitchen employee that were even close to being qualified for a position . was not allowed to hire qualified staff as they only wanted to pay for cheap labor. i would have 5 -16 year old's with no kitchen experience hired as dishwashers/cooks for $10. an hour . you will have to work 7 days a week with 12 plus hours as they will use the old "your management you have to stay . be prepared to be 100% taken advantage of .
