Head Chef/Kitchen Manager (Former Employee) –  High River, AB4 July 2018
As a former head chef there , i found they had no kitchen employee that were even close to being qualified for a position . was not allowed to hire qualified staff as they only wanted to pay for cheap labor. i would have 5 -16 year old's with no kitchen experience hired as dishwashers/cooks for $10. an hour . you will have to work 7 days a week with 12 plus hours as they will use the old "your management you have to stay . be prepared to be 100% taken advantage of .

I learned to work and also help others when I work and I do help others too. The most enjoyable of the job is that to help others when they ask for it .
