Supportive colleagues and management

The most enjoyable part of my job as a Charge Nurse is that I get to meet some great seniors in my facility. Staff are eager to help you. If you respect other staffs, they will respect you. Every day is not a same day. Learning is an ongoing journey in this facility. They have mandatory monthly online lessons or courses which ensures that you stay ahead in the game!

Negative environment

Management was unapproachable as wellas unsupportive. I would never recommend anyone work there. The moral was very low as well as a very narrow minded view.
