Exciting place to work, always something new happening.
This is a great place to work. Everyone is friendly, Updates are being made constantly to improve things at the facility and bring in new processes and products. Some things take a while to change or become stable, but that is because so much is always going on and every task can't be the top priority.

Changing direction, losing anyone with integrity
Very political environment. Connections favoured over ability. Fitting in more important than integrity. Lots of rules and regulations but not equally applied or adhered to.

Really great place to work! Love being in this brand new industry too!
Love working for Heritage! It's been so cool to be involved with a young company, in a brand new industry and be a part of its growth. There's always things a young company can improve on, but the vision of upper management keeps everyone really excited. Can't wait to see where this goes, as there's so much room for personal growth as this company keeps going. Also coming from super corporate, boring industries - management and the industry here is SO refreshing. Stoked to be here for the long haul!

Nice people to work with.
My coworkers are nice and understanding. They value my advice and I have the freedom try new things.

Sad place to work
Started off good until I realized how bad it was management is very terrible and angry all the time and has no consideration for employees always belittling people. There is no room for growth or advancement even tho that was promised at interview. It's just an all around depressing place to work everyone hates it and is grumpy. Safty is also a major concern as they don't take it seriously I've seen many people get sick and have to go home frome chemical exposure and they never did anything to improve the safety. Stay away from this place
