Heritage Cannabis is a vertically-integrated Licensed Producer with two Health Canada approved facilities. Working under these licenses we formulate, extract, package, and deliver one of Canada’s most diverse and pure medical/recreational cannabis product assortments.

Our medical products are based on patented pharmaceutical drug delivery technology backed by independent third-party data, as well as product specific clinical and non-clinical studies to prove their utility for medical use. Having recently secured a partnership with Merida Capital, a prominent US private equity fund who target proven operating models and work to supercharge the growth of their commercial pipeline, Heritage now has access to an expansive international marketplace.

We are positioned to capture the expanding cannabis market as more of the world opens up to the cannabis market through the legalization of recreational cannabis. It is our work to ensure that the best technology is available to all of our brands so that they are fully equipped to reach a global audience.

With revenue being driven in both Canada, the US, and other international markets, we are poised to become a global leader in cannabis.

Not enough work, barely any training
Not enough work, barely any training. Good people to work with but the ultimate feeling of not knowing if you're getting laid off next can make you feel nervous and depressed

An accountant runs this company people will never count as much as the numbers do
A typical day in my professional experience often involves dedicating the initial hours to meticulously investigating and resolving issues pertaining to inventory, pricing, product tracking, and commission discrepancies. Unfortunately, it has become a recurring pattern to encounter frequent changes in commission structures, resulting in unfulfilled promises and a lack of transparency in compensati...

Poor management
Lack of proper training, not safety oriented, too many supervisors for the staffing. Upper management hasn't got a clue what they are doing. Rules are not fair only apply to some people. Absenteeism is bad, certain people get away with taking at least one or two days off a week without repercussions.

I love my position here
This has been the most fulfilling career I have had to date. It’s so exciting to be part of the legal cannabis industry but in the office instead of in production. My managers and coworkers make me feel welcome. They encourage me to step out of my comfort zones and are 100% behind me every step of the way. They are there whenever I have questions. And they ensure I am recognized for my accomplishm...

Not worth the stress
You will be over worked and stretched thin. If you consistently hit your quota they will just increase your workload rather than show you any kind of appreciation.Your list of responsibilities will grow and grow the longer you’re there but you won’t get proper training of any kind (then when you mess something up you get reprimanded). Rather than actually listen to your concerns management will ...
