Minimum pay, workload constantly increased, no appreciation
Herbers used to be a great company to work for. Management changed and things went completely downhill. President and upper management do not appreciate the employees and believe employees should be thankful they have a job. It is a toxic workplace. Long term employees haven’t had a pay increase in 8+ years.

Great place to work. Management really cares about their people!
Great company. Great people. Management really cares and helps people succeed. Your growth is their growth. They make a point of getting to know their people and helping them.

For Reference: I was the parts-coordinator at the west location, and mirror matcher at the south.Honestly, this is probably one of the worst companies I've ever worked for in trades. The position pays significantly under industry standards, boasts you being "Salary" but doesn't give you any of the perks of being salaried, and convinces you to not file lost time claims because they'll pay you, (s...
