A big company that feels small
Audiologist (Current Employee) –  Ottawa West, ON14 September 2017
I have worked for this company going on 3 years and I am amazed by the teamwork and drive of the people I work with. Many of the patient coordinators and Audiologists have been with the company for 15 to 20 years. There is a lot of upward mobility for people who have that ambition and the Managers are all seasoned Hearing healthcare professionals. I would highly recommend any position within the Helix family!
Pros
The passion that the team has to help and make a difference in the lives of their patients.
Cons
Clinics are very busy and sometimes multitasking becomes a challenge.

For a big company they lack too many things. Poorly structured and managed. Extremely unprofessional place. They lack proper programs & technology to preform job tasks.

Large office with ease of access for everyone.
Patient Co-Ordinator (Former Employee) –  Hamilton, ON22 March 2017
The most enjoyable part of the job is the client interaction. The office was very busy and had many walk ins. A typical day was filled with appointment making, screening calls, 3rd party billing and patient inquiries in house and on the phone. I learned time management is a key component to running an effective office.
