very low competency level in management areas

It was not a very friendly place to work. The other employees were always trying to be competitive even if the person they were competing with was not in their line of work.
Management was poor and sometimes non existent, non supportive of the staff that was currently employed and played favorites.
Nepotism ran wild. Management did not put a stop to some of the nepotism and it created havoc.
there was no nurturing in our positions. We had to hang on for dear life.
although there were a lot of times things were not optimal, there were some good days and good celebrations.
