hear.com is an innovative company in the hearing care industry and is ideal for someone looking to help people through a consultative sales role. There is a fair amount of initial training & an uncapped commission model so really a good ground to someone to do well. Close knit group of peers.
Hear.com is connected with many different clinics across Canada. For the most part those clinics are a pleasure to deal with and refer patients to. Every once in awhile as a Consultant you will run into a clinician who is verbally abusive. When this happens hear.com will throw the employee under the bus instead of standing by them. Thedo not care if you are abused verbally and will fire you if you stand up for yourself
The trainers and most management are really incredible. The assistance and shadowing you receive is top notch and always have someone to bounce ideas off of. Great culture for the most part
Great training and good management, remote work is awesome amd hours are manageable
Some long time staff aren't always helpful and can be a hindrance when trying to make quota
Great company for a person who has sales background with a great attitude This is a good company with awesome managers to coach you, support your work/ home balance. I do not have a bad thing to say. If you thinking about applying stop wasting time reading this review go for it . Phone sale roll helping other hear better.
awesome team, training, awesome managers
if you are not a sales person may not be the right fit.
