Low wages. Low stress
In building maintenance the wages are extremely low for trades people. Work itself was not very challenging. Good if you don't want to think too much. Payroll is always incorrect and takes weeks to correct issues.

Too much micromanaging
Not supported with staff bullying. Set up for failure. No encouragement. Felt like just a number as no accomodations for physical needs. Lots of stress. Fast paced. Hot environment, poor air quality.

Productive and professional workplace
I liked working here, the work wasn't very difficult, and it definitely was not as stressful as some other jobs I have had. Not very many opportunities for advancement within the department, however.

Fast paced
Fast paced. Very busy and stressful. Loved my coworkers. Management was hit or miss. Good benefits with decent pay. Lots of weekends and holidays worked .
