Awful
IT Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Burnaby, BC31 March 2018
Management has been way too long in the company, their ideas are outdated and they are not willing to hear or entertain new ideas

The GM is more of a product manager than a GM and relies on incompetent people to reach the financial goals. The problem lays on the fact that people have to work long hours to meet unrealistic expectations.

In general is not a fun place to work, as always the people working make a difference, at the end of the day they try to make their days at the office fun but in truth they are unhappy.

If I were you, I would look somewhere else unless this is the only thing on earth and you find yourself in dispair
Pros
Free Lunch once a Month
Cons
Compared to other companies, ., really nothing

An average company with average payscale
Trainer (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON2 November 2017
Extreme workload inherited from an inefficient ex colleague who left leaving 90%work undone.

Management team is super pressuring and at times team lead is highly abusive towards newly hired team mates which is professionally inappropriate.

Once you reach upto a senior level position you are stuck with no advancements.
Pros
Free lunch a month..
Cons
No overtime..

Salaries are poor for experienced staff
Accounts Receivable Clerk (Former Employee) –  Ottawa, ON6 January 2017
- Salary is poor for the experience one may have. (underpaid and once you hit the cap in your position, you are stuck there)
They often will let their employees go to another job instead of giving more money to keep them. (they don't mind hiring rookies often instead of keeping stable staff member)
- Benefits are good.
- Management, it depends on who you have. Some good ones but some are awful.
- Perks, the do some social events sometimes which are good and can happen often enough but why salary brackets never change?
- Career advancement can be limited depending on what department you are in.
Pros
Benefits, social events, working from home sometimes
Cons
Salary, job advancement can be limited

Not much support in your job
Team Lead, Research and Development (Former Employee) –  Ottawa, ON3 April 2018
As a team lead in R&D and having worked 2 years at Harris Computer, I realized that employees are not considered an important asset. Team work is not the standard.
