- Salary is poor for the experience one may have. (underpaid and once you hit the cap in your position, you are stuck there)
They often will let their employees go to another job instead of giving more money to keep them. (they don't mind hiring rookies often instead of keeping stable staff member)
- Benefits are good.
- Management, it depends on who you have. Some good ones but some are awful.
- Perks, the do some social events sometimes which are good and can happen often enough but why salary brackets never change?
- Career advancement can be limited depending on what department you are in.
