Reviews about Pay & benefits for Customer Service Representative at Handyman Connection
Ok
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Burnaby, BC - 10 September 2020
I really enjoyed the environment in the office and the craftsmen/crafts women we worked along side of.
The downside was that I had worked there for 6 years without one single raise. Ultimately this played a huge factor in my leaving.
Pros
Flexibility
Cons
Wages as very poor

Interesting & productive place to work.
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Toronto - West - 2 March 2022
Great place to learn new skills. Management is quite laid back and very supportive. Hardest part of the job is closing leads but management steps in and provides great training in order to accomplish your goals. Learned a lot about plumbing and remodeling of homes.
Pros
Very calm environment with a great manager/ owner
Cons
No benefits

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Ann Arbor, MI - 13 August 2021
Job changes frequently without adequate training. There is not a feeling of stability in any of the positions. Benefits are at a minimum with no health insurance offered.
