I loved my position as a court support worker with Hands. Management was respectful and encouraging. Only drawback is the position had limited opportunities for advancement and the role needed to be full time. High case load created stress trying to be as effective as possible part time

The front line and administrative staff are totally amazing. However, the Agency is Policy and Procedure driven rather than people driven.
