Program Secretary in Ontario
on October 21, 2019
Stay away from this place. They pride themselves in patient centred care but treat their staff horrible. Management are basically grown up bullies that abuse their “authority”. Work/ life balance does not exist. If you try and give feedback about the workload, you are seen as incompetent. Promises are rarely followed through. I’m disgusted that these are the people providing “healthcare “.
Interim Program Secretary in Hamilton, ON
on September 9, 2019
Medical staff and management nasty and disrespectful to administrative staff. Excessive workload. Back stabbing culture. Expected more from medical professionals, so was very disturbed by their arrogant attitude. On boarding was good and training provided prior to job start. Pay and benefits good.

Good pension Opportunities for advancement. Depending on the position, the environment can be at times very challenging to work in. Always cutbacks in positions.
