Management making decisions without having staff input. Many positions that are not physician or nursing aren't recognized as much. Benefits not great considering how much we pay into them.Fair pay compared to other hospitals in the GTHA.

It was apparent before covid19… it’s very apparent… work life balance. The corporation does not support their staff, they keep dumping more work on top of the work you’re already struggling to do. They don’t listen to staff regarding anything and are just out to make HHS look like a desirable place to work. Benefits are mediocre considering what you pay for and the fee rates have gone ...

The Hamilton Health Sciences has become a very stressful environment to work at. It was very difficult to maintain a balance home and work life. Now with the Covid 19 virus, the stress levels are over the top.
