There were no "typical" days. This establishment is run on a seemingly ad hoc basis with directives and policies changing constantly. Staff is not adequately supported by management in terms of nutritional and food safety/cleanliness concerns and entertaining clients from various ethnicities and their children requires a steadier leadership.
Co-workers - more... were largely from the "Band-Aid" school of thought with no lasting or even sustainable outcomes being sought.
