If you work hard and are good at your job no one really bothers you . But you are made well aware that you are very replaceable.

It takes up to two months from start to finish.
After your initial interview, you are required to complete online training, possible mask fittings, get a TB test and provide a clean police check. Then you go in for a day of orientation which might include the online training and generally you have three days of one on one training where you job shadow a senior staff member.

One thing I have noticed is that they seem to be trying to skimp on training lately, so if you do get to this step in the interview process and are having any problems or concerns, please voice them immediately and ask for more training. It covers you and makes management more accountable!
