Fair pay, hours are all over the place. 4 hours one day and 12 the next. In my opinion many foreman are in the position out of necessity rather than merit

lots of work great crews to work with lots to learn new equipment and paid very well. they kept me busy most of the time and even offered compensation in fuel

Hall Constructors is definitely the best company I've worked for. The biggest thing for me is that they truly care about the safety of their employees and have a solid safety department. Your hard work is recognized by foreman and management, and you can go home feeling valued. The days are long in spring and summer months, roughly 50-60 hour work weeks, and winters tend to be slower. Hall is full of great people, and a fantastic culture.

Enjoying my Time

Pay is great, a typical day at work includes an early 5 AM wake up call followed by a drive to sunny Tsawassen and ending a hard day of work at around 330, the guys are enjoyable and so is the work.
