  • Management does not listen to anything, even when they are in the wrong
    Supervisors yell , scream and call you names

    They push you to work faster than the machines with no extra help

    If you get injured on the job, they look down on you even though they push everyone toooo hard

    The pay is no good for how hard they want you to work

    Your best is never good enough for this company

    Getting burned out

    This is not a job you can retire from. You will be on disability first

  • For a better company! Most are better. It’s just a matter of getting another job...

  • There is too much work and not enough people. HR hires new immigrants on purpose, people who are worried about finding a job, and pay them low. They just give more and more and more work. The funniest thing is that to “reward us” for last year’s results, we are all getting polo t shirts with the logo. Why?? How does that show employees you appreciate them. Give everyone a free vacation day off. Or the $4 it probably costs per polo.

  • Burn out - the hours are not sustainable.
    Pay - compensation is incredibly low vs industry average - someone said it was good, this is simply not true. They pay $10-20k below market

    Better opportunities elsewhere - no one is growing their career at Hain
