Usually a very good, supportive environment all with the end goal of those in need obtaining a great outcome of home ownership.
I effectively learned the importance of volunteers and was able to acquire Volunteer Management certification while working this job.
Management had a good end goal in mind, but was looking very strongly at being able to make money, even though classed as a non-profit organization.
The hardest part of the job was the trying to obtain the highly needed volunteers to be able to work on the goals of assisting those in need.
The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to work with the families acquiring homes through this program and working with those volunteers who were very eager to help
