For my team and I, it was very flexible work hours most of the time.

Mostly 7.5 hour day shifts, with the occasional area having 2 shifts. Work hours are usually fairly flexible (dependant on immediate manager), as long as the core hours (9am-3pm) are well covered. So you can start at a time most convenient to you.
