HP conducts two phases of interview one is HR and the other is a F2F interview with Manager.

1. RRHH get in touch witrh the candidate and get and give basic information.
2. Face to face meeting with candidate in order to get detailed information about family, study, intereses, experience, etc.
3. Ternary.
4. Choose the best candidate.

Usually, it will have 3 rounds, 1st is telephone screen to check your education, the position required skill and language. 2nd, it will be face-2-face interview for technical or management skill depends on the specific position; final round is hiring manager to confirm the candidate and salary. In some case, you will be asked to be interviewed by customer or other stakeholder in other region.
