8+1hr - i.e exact 1 hr of break, two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute break to the second.Sometime if you are in call you may have to extend.Since it was US tech support it was hard work esp during December Christmas holidays, not a bad work culture and good pay as compared to third party call centers.
